While You Were Spying releases a week today!

The inspiration for Isabelle (heroine) came from the female allied spies during WWII. These women risked everything to help the French Resistance take down the enemy. They wanted to make a difference, to fight for what they believed in.

Isabelle doesn’t face the same situations as those women did. This is a romantic comedy, after all. The story has nothing to do with what happened back then.

But it is about a woman who wants to prove that she’s capable of doing the same job that her five (hot) alpha colleagues do—even when her best friend believes otherwise.

It was something the female allied spies had to deal with when it came to their male counterparts (the first part, not the second part).

She needs a fake husband. He needs to protect his best friend...
